In the wake of so many reckonings in 2020, CVS leaned into areas that could create impact, one, leveraging social platforms to bring more diversity and awareness about different cultures to their social audience.

I supported by providing cultural strategy where necessary, creating culturally relevant and authentic posts, and advising on the parameters that defined what CVS had agency to engage in.
