Black@ADCOLOR is one of 6 community groups designed to empower the nuanced needs of specific ADCOLOR members and educate the allies that support them.

In partnership with Black@ADCOLOR’s key stakeholders, conversations were curated to tackle issues that uniquely impacted ADCOLOR’s black community. After polling and leading focus groups we defined the strategy that informed discussion topics and identified the right contributors to include in the conversations.

Each programming piece was produced with the goal of curating valuable thought leadership and packaging it into an actionable resource that could be immediately applied to their unique situation, and also inform allies on how to best support them.
